Check 2 Square

Place two check marks in each row and each column. Each check mark claims its own territory: they must not be adjacent horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. This means that no check mark can be directly next to another, even diagonally—there should be no neighboring check in any of the eight surrounding squares. You can interact with the puzzle by clicking to add checks, supporting crosses, or to remove checks. Hint: The puzzle becomes easier if you remember that in any two adjacent rows or columns, there are exactly four check marks. This insight helps narrow down possible placements and guides your strategy.
